We provide round the clock house call services (A, B and F).
Our services include:

A) Home Medical Services

We provide house call or home care services for patients who wish to have consultation services in the comfort of their home or office on the following:

  1. Endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy and colonoscopy)
  2. Medical conditions treated by our Group such as
    – abdominal and/or epigastric pain
    – Anal and/or Rectal bleeding
    – Anal pain
    – Change In bowel habits (alternating constipation with diarrhoea)
    – Constipation
    – diarrhoea and/or loose stools
    – irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
    – piles (hemorrhoids)
  3. Review of chronic diseases; review post-discharge from a healthcare facility
  4. Formulate a personalised care plan (including coordinating care with specialists, handling end-of-life issues, advanced care planning etc);
  5. Treat any acute diseases (including performing procedures e.g. change of tracheostomy, ear syringing, blood drawing, urine and stool collection, IM injection, incision and drainge of abscesses, suturing of lacerations etc ).
  6. Functional assessment needed for grants approval – IDAP/Eldershield assessment, Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) grant, Pioneer Disability Assistance Scheme (PioneerDAS) etc as well as perform the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and issue the death certificate.

B) Home Nursing Services

  • Wound dressing
  • Change of urine catheters and NG tubes
  • Intravenous medications (steroids, total parenteral nutrition, antibiotics etc) and drips
  • Caregiver training

C) Home Physiotherapy Sessions (Active and Maintenance)

  • Rehabiliation post-stroke or operation
  • Prevention of contractures
  • Geriatric physiotherapy (falls prevention, lower leg strengthening etc)

D) Home Speech Therapy Sessions

  • Swallowing assessment and advancing of feeds
  • Speech assessment and therapy

E) Home Occupational Therapy Visit

  • Falls risk assessment and recommendation/prevention

F) Private Ambulance Service

  • Direct admission to private hospitals (bypass a&e)
  • Terminal discharges
  • Inter-hospital transfers (locally via land ambulance, overseas via land, sea, commercial aircraft or air ambulance)
  • Transport to regular appointments at healthcare facilities
